Turtles Go Down in Final
Added September 7th

It can only be said that Eltham ran into a far superior side in Saturdays Grand Final against Williamstown, losing by 60 points. It was a game that Willy never lost control of domainating in stoppages and in front of goals. Hargy worked hard throughout the game and Bomber did the best he could in a defence that was consistantly under fire.

Although results didn't go the Turtles way this weekend, 2008 has been a big success with the club meeting onfield goals and moving into D2 next season. A good job to all those who participated at a reserve and senior level in 2008.

Round 18 Results
Added August 18th

In the final hit out of the home and away season, the Turtles gave a solid performance heading towards finals by defeating arch rivals UHS-VU by 46 points. The Murphy brothers both put in a fine performance along with Fooey returning to some fine form at the right time of year.

The twos kept their perfect record at home intact against UHS reserves, winning by 2 goals.

Training Notice for the 19th and 21st of August: Training this week will be held at the College both nights. On Tuesday please bring your boots and on Thursday bring your runners as we will be training on the hockey oval.
